The center aperture above the wood fire reaches temperatures up to 575°F, while the outer edge remains cooler. This natural heat gradient allows you to sear steaks near the center while cooking vegetables or keeping delicate sauces warm along the outer rim.

Corten steel is a specialized alloy that naturally develops a stable, protective layer of rust (patina) when exposed to weather. This outer patina acts as a barrier that shields the inner steel from deeper corrosion, allowing it to remain outdoors year-round without painting or rust treatment.

We ship; installation is handled by your contractor. Built-in models require a licensed gas fitter. We can supply the spec sheets your installer will ask for.

Coverage differs by component — burners, grates and the housing each carry their own terms. Full warranty documentation is linked on every product page.

Large items like built-in grills, refrigeration, and pizza ovens ship via standard curbside freight delivery with liftgate service. The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present at delivery to inspect the shipment for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because these are large freight items, please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Custom or built-to-order items are non-returnable. You can learn more about our Shipping guidelines here.
