Both finishes are constructed from high-grade 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The Traditional finish features a classic brushed steel look, while the Black 304 Stainless Steel undergoes a specialized finishing process that gives the steel a sleek black appearance without compromising weather durability.

Laser-cut grates offer flat, wide contact surfaces compared to traditional round wire grates. This maximizes surface area contact with your food for deeper sear marks and prevents smaller, delicate items from slipping through into the firebox.

We ship; installation is handled by your contractor. Built-in models require a licensed gas fitter. We can supply the spec sheets your installer will ask for.

Coverage differs by component — burners, grates and the housing each carry their own terms. Full warranty documentation is linked on every product page.

Large items like built-in grills, refrigeration, and pizza ovens ship via standard curbside freight delivery with liftgate service. The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present at delivery to inspect the shipment for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because these are large freight items, please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Custom or built-to-order items are non-returnable. You can learn more about our Shipping guidelines here.
