Unlike iron or steel, cast aluminum is 100% rustproof and will not produce orange rust stains on patio pavers or decking. It is significantly lighter to move, yet solid enough to resist wind overturns while maintaining structural strength for decades.

Maintenance is effortless. Wash frames periodically with mild soap and water to remove dust and debris. The multi-step powder-coated finish requires no polishing, painting, or seasonal sealing.

We ship; installation is handled by your contractor. Built-in models require a licensed gas fitter. We can supply the spec sheets your installer will ask for.

Coverage differs by component — burners, grates and the housing each carry their own terms. Full warranty documentation is linked on every product page.

Large items like built-in grills, refrigeration, and pizza ovens ship via standard curbside freight delivery with liftgate service. The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present at delivery to inspect the shipment for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because these are large freight items, please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Custom or built-to-order items are non-returnable. You can learn more about our Shipping guidelines here.
