One side includes four stainless steel tube burners delivering up to 48,000 BTUs, while the other side boasts two ceramic infrared burners producing 24,000 BTUs, reaching high heat in seconds for restaurant-quality searing.

The grill offers an expansive 825 square inches of main cooking area and an additional 420 square inches on the stainless steel warming area, totaling 1,245 square inches of cooking space. The stainless steel wave cooking grids create signature Napoleon sear lines, while self-cleaning sear plates vaporize drippings, control flare-ups, and keep your food moist.

Prestige PRO 825 also includes an 18,000 BTU stainless steel rear infrared burner for slow cooking with the rotisserie kit, and a powerful 17,000 BTU side burner. Enhance flavors with an integrated wood chip smoker tray and dedicated 8,000 BTU burner for delicious smoky aromatics.

The hood features an Accu-Probe temperature gauge and stainless steel end caps, retaining heat for oven-like performance.
