Gas lanterns deliver a soft, flickering real-flame illumination that captures classic historical aesthetics, requiring a dedicated low-pressure natural gas or propane line. Electric lanterns wire directly into standard 120V home electrical circuits, offering higher total brightness, energy efficiency, and compatibility with wall switches, timers, and smart lighting controls.

Solid copper never rusts or corrodes. When exposed to outdoor air, moisture, and sunlight, natural raw copper undergoes an oxidation process, slowly developing a rich dark brown patina over several years and eventually a classic verdigris green hue in coastal environments.

We ship; installation is handled by your contractor. Built-in models require a licensed gas fitter. We can supply the spec sheets your installer will ask for.

Coverage differs by component — burners, grates and the housing each carry their own terms. Full warranty documentation is linked on every product page.

Large items like built-in grills, refrigeration, and pizza ovens ship via standard curbside freight delivery with liftgate service. The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present at delivery to inspect the shipment for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because these are large freight items, please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Custom or built-to-order items are non-returnable. You can learn more about our Shipping guidelines here.
