Vented gas logs are designed to produce high, natural yellow flames that closely mimic a real wood fire. Because these full flames create combustion byproducts similar to burning wood, your fireplace chimney damper must remain fixed fully open during operation to safely exhaust smoke and carbon monoxide outdoors.

The refractory ceramic log stack itself works with either fuel type, but the burner pan, gas orifices, and safety pilot valve assemblies are fuel-specific. Converting a log set requires selecting the correct gas burner assembly or installing an approved factory conversion kit.

We ship; installation is handled by your contractor. Built-in models require a licensed gas fitter. We can supply the spec sheets your installer will ask for.

Coverage differs by component — burners, grates and the housing each carry their own terms. Full warranty documentation is linked on every product page.

Large items like built-in grills, refrigeration, and pizza ovens ship via standard curbside freight delivery with liftgate service. The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present at delivery to inspect the shipment for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because these are large freight items, please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Custom or built-to-order items are non-returnable. You can learn more about our Shipping guidelines here.
