Grade-A teak is harvested exclusively from the center heartwood of mature 45 to 50-year-old trees. It is packed with natural oils and silica, making the wood naturally resistant to water absorption, rot, warping, and insect damage without synthetic treatments.

Yes. Grade-A teak’s dense grain structure and high oil content prevent moisture penetration, preventing freezing, swelling, or cracking during sub-zero temperatures. Using breathable furniture covers in winter helps keep the surface clean from outdoor debris.

We ship; installation is handled by your contractor. Built-in models require a licensed gas fitter. We can supply the spec sheets your installer will ask for.

Coverage differs by component — burners, grates and the housing each carry their own terms. Full warranty documentation is linked on every product page.

Large items like built-in grills, refrigeration, and pizza ovens ship via standard curbside freight delivery with liftgate service. The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present at delivery to inspect the shipment for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because these are large freight items, please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Custom or built-to-order items are non-returnable. You can learn more about our Shipping guidelines here.
