The Core Series provides foundational kamado performance with split cooking grids and precision top vents. The Pro Series upgrades to the Precision Air Cap Pro with a flip-trigger airflow boost, Cast Iron Pro Twist Deflectors, airtight fiberglass gaskets, and extra-dense ceramic construction.

Made from 7/8″ thick cordierite ceramic, BSTRD walls insulate heat so efficiently that charcoal burns up to 70% slower than in traditional metal grills. This holds steady temperatures for hours with minimal airflow adjustment required.

We ship; installation is handled by your contractor. Built-in models require a licensed gas fitter. We can supply the spec sheets your installer will ask for.

Coverage differs by component — burners, grates and the housing each carry their own terms. Full warranty documentation is linked on every product page.

Large items like built-in grills, refrigeration, and pizza ovens ship via standard curbside freight delivery with liftgate service. The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present at delivery to inspect the shipment for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because these are large freight items, please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Custom or built-to-order items are non-returnable. You can learn more about our Shipping guidelines here.
