TrueFlame blends modern refinement with a spirited edge. We focus on intentional craftsmanship, precision-engineered cooking systems, and sleek aesthetic features—like gold-accented bezel detailing and cast stainless burners—ensuring your kitchen is both a visual highlight and a high-performance cooking zone.

We are intentional in every material choice. TrueFlame grills and outdoor kitchen components are constructed from commercial-grade stainless steel engineered to resist corrosion, heat degradation, and harsh weather conditions year-round.

We ship; installation is handled by your contractor. Built-in models require a licensed gas fitter. We can supply the spec sheets your installer will ask for.

Coverage differs by component — burners, grates and the housing each carry their own terms. Full warranty documentation is linked on every product page.

Large items like built-in grills, refrigeration, and pizza ovens ship via standard curbside freight delivery with liftgate service. The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present at delivery to inspect the shipment for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because these are large freight items, please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Custom or built-to-order items are non-returnable. You can learn more about our Shipping guidelines here.
