The Hamrforge Double Barrel Barrel Smoker Bundle includes an extra cooking grate. Dual Texas Twister Vortex Chimneys are adjustable with rotating plate covers. Three temperature probe ports are located near the top of the barrel and have spring-tensioned rotating covers to minimize smoke and heat loss. The three air intakes at the bottom of the barrel are individually adjustable by sliding the cover plates.
