Designed for precision and consistent results, the griddle utilizes a 304 stainless steel cooking surface paired with cast-iron and a new aluminum base plate. This innovative combination ensures incredibly even heat distribution over the entire cooking area from the two 9,000 BTU U-shape stainless steel burners, delivering a total of 18,000 BTUs.

Note that the lid is not included. The conversion kit is included with the griddle. The natural gas Flex Hoses (SSFLEX) and propane gas LP Hoses (RONHK) are not included and are sold separately.
