It features a heavy-duty 6mm thick triple-plated cooking plate with a striking Texas Sea Glass Matte finish, providing exceptional heat retention, durability, and a premium aesthetic for your cooking space.

Engineered for precision and safety, the griddle utilizes a 304 stainless steel cooking surface paired with cast-iron and a new aluminum base plate. This design ensures even heat distribution over the entire cooking surface from the three 9,000 BTU U-shape stainless steel burners, delivering a total of 27,000 BTUs.

Please note the lid and hoses is not included. The natural gas Flex Hoses (SSFLEX) and propane gas LP Hoses (RONHK) are sold separately. The conversion kit is included with the griddle.
