It features a unique 3mm thick triple-plated cooking plate with a striking Texas Sea Glass Matte finish, providing both exceptional durability and a premium aesthetic for your cooking space.

Engineered for precision and safety, the griddle utilizes a 304 stainless steel cooking surface paired with cast-iron and a new aluminum base plate. This innovative design ensures even heat distribution over the cooking surface from the two 9,000 BTU U-shape stainless steel burners.

Note that the lid is not included. The conversion kit is included with the griddle. The natural gas Flex Hoses (SSFLEX) and propane gas LP Hoses (RONHK) are not included and are sold separately.
