The Alfa Pizzaiolo Kit is composed of all the tools necessary to bake pizza: a peel for getting food in and out of your oven, a small round peel, an ember mover to safely move wood, embers, and ash around inside of your oven, a brass bristle brush for cleaning and maintaining your oven, a proofing box, an infrared laser thermometer, a wheel cutter, a pastry cutter, a chopping board, a heat-resistant glove, a baking apron, and a cookbook. All of the tools in the kit are made in Italy and food use certified.
